Little Sparks Speech Therapy partners with school districts to provide high-quality, reliable speech & language services in the school setting. We support our districts using a flexible contract options, including in-person, hybrid, or virtual models. Schools love us for short-term staffing gaps, caseload overflow, SLP-A supervision, or more traditional full-time or part-time roles. In addition to direct intervention, we offer opportunities for professional development for school staff, keeping student services efficient and compliant.
School Contract Services
At Little Sparks, our core mission is to foster a “human-first” culture for the therapists and districts that work with us. Clear expectations, transparency, and direct access to leadership facilitate a supportive and collaborative approach when it comes to school staffing.
We strive to find the “right” provider for each individual school placement, based on experience, location, and availability. Because when a providers and school-based roles are aligned, we see less turnover and better student outcomes.

My favorite thing about Little Sparks is my ability to connect and deeply understand the needs of school districts and providers.
